The controversial Reproductive Health (RH) bill will not be passed before year-end, the leader of the majority coalition at the House of the Representatives said on Tuesday.
House Majority Leader Neptali Gonzales II said deliberations on House Bill (HB) 4244, or the “Responsible Parenthood, Reproductive Health and Population Development Act of 2011," will have to drag on to next year due to the number of congressmen who want to debate on the measure.
“Don’t expect that this [the RH bill] will be passed this year. I’m just being honest," he said at a press briefing, adding that more than 20 House members are still on the list of interpellators despite the fact that plenary debates on the bill started last March.
“We have to consider the legislative mill… Itong RH, in my experience as a floor leader, it’s not really time na pagbotohan ito," Gonzales said.
Gonzales, however, said HB 4244 will be put to a vote by next year.
“Alam kong may mga gusto na sagasaan ko na ito, pero ‘yung sagasa, ginagawa lang ‘yung if there’s a clear demarcation between winners and losers. Ito, mahirap talaga," he said.
The House has been deliberating on the RH bill for eight months now, despite the fact that President Benigno Aquino III called for “expeditious action" on the measure by including it on his government’s legislative priorities.
The RH bill, which promotes both natural and artificial methods of contraception, is being opposed by the Roman Catholic Church, which accepts only natural methods of family planning.
Last October, the Senate also suspended debates on the RH bill to give way to deliberations on the proposed P1.8-trillion national budget for next year. - Andreo C. Defense of the Ancients (commonly known as DotA) is a custom scenario for the real-time strategy game Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos and its expansion, Warcraft III: The Frozen Throne, based on the "Aeon of Strife" map for StarCraft. The objective of the scenario is for each team to destroy the opponents' Ancients, heavily guarded structures at opposing corners of the map. Players use powerful units known as heroes, and are assisted by allied heroes and AI-controlled fighters called "creeps". As in role-playing games, players level up their heroes and use gold to buy equipment during the mission.[2]The scenario was developed with the "World Editor" of Warcraft III: Reign of Chaos, and was updated upon the release of its expansion, The Frozen Throne. There have been many variations of the original concept; the most popular being DotA Allstars, which eventually was simplified to DotA with the release of version 6.68.[3] This specific scenario has been maintained by several authors during development, with the current publicly anonymous developer known as "IceFrog" developing the game since 2005.

Describe the installation of a modem
1. Unpack the modem and its accessories. You should have the modem, cable, phone cord, power adapter, installation diskette or CD, and instruction manual.
2. Turn off the computer and any attached devices.
3. Attach one end of the modem cable to the serial port (wide, 25-pin connector) on the computer and the other end to the modem. The serial port on the Macintosh is a small, round port marked with a telephone icon.
4. Connect one end of the phone cord to the modem port marked "wall" or "line" and the other end to the wall jack of your phone line. If the modem will be sharing the line with a telephone, connect the cord of the telephone to the modem port marked "phone."
5. Attach the power adapter plug to the modem and the power transformer plug to the power outlet, if this is required for your modem.
6. Turn on the computer and the modem, if it has an on/off switch.
7. When your computer starts up, follow the software installation instructions if prompted by your computer system (e.g., Windows Plug 'n Play feature).
8. Insert the installation diskette or CD (if you do not receive prompts for installing the modem), click the drive, and click (or double-click) the installation program on the diskette or CD.
9. Run any test program that comes with the installation software to ensure that the modem is working correctly.
How Install or update a NIC driver
To verify and install NIC driver
· Click Start and click Control Panel.
· In Category view, click Hardware and Sound, and then, under Devices and Printers, click the Device Manager link.
- From the Device Manager window displayed, double-click on Network Adapters to display the network adapter in your computer.
- If you see the NIC and it doesn't have a problem icon (an exclamation mark), Windows thinks that the NIC driver is installed and running properly. If you double-click the device, you should see the device status - This device is working properly.
- If you see your NIC with a problem icon, double-click the NIC. You will most likely see a device status message telling you that a driver was not installed.
- If you don't see your NIC in the Device Manager window, click the Action menu, and click the Add legacy hardware option.
- From the Add Hardware Wizard window displayed. Click Next button to continue.
- Select the option Install the hardware that I manually select from a list (Advanced) and click Next button.
- From the window displayed, scroll down and double-click on Network adapters in the Common hardware types list. A list of network adapters appears. If your NIC had been on the list, Windows would have found and install the driver for it.
- So click on Have Disk button. Then, click Browse button to locate the appropriate drive or folder for the NIC driver, and click Open.
- You will see the driver path is displayed on the Install From Disk window, click OK, and click Next button to continue. When told that the device will be installed, click Next again.
- You may see a message stating that the driver you are about to install does not have a Microsoft digital signature. Click Yes to continue install it.
- When finish, click Finish.
If you saw your NIC in the Device Manager window, with or without a problem icon, you can install or reinstall a driver from there.
